General terms

Terms of Service

These terms are written for a commercial business platform, not a generic personal-use website.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to and use of AllNaBusiness, including the workspace, storefront tools, prospect discovery, AI features, communications tools, business records, bookings, order tools and related services. AllNaBusiness is operated in Nigeria by Jackson Godwin. By creating an account, signing in, publishing a storefront, purchasing a paid service or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

If you use AllNaBusiness for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility, accounts and security

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts applicable to your use of the service.
  • You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it reasonably current.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting the Google account or other sign-in method connected to it.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not share authentication tokens, staff credentials or other secrets.
  • We may require identity, ownership or transaction verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or account recovery.

3. Business use and your responsibilities

AllNaBusiness is designed for commercial use. You may use it to operate a lawful business, provide services, manage business tasks, publish a storefront, research potential customers or clients, communicate with prospects and record business activity.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, contracts, products, services, taxes, licences, advertising claims, consumer obligations and compliance with laws that apply to you. AllNaBusiness does not become your employer, business partner, lawyer, accountant, agent or seller merely because you use the platform.

4. Storefronts, merchants and visitors

An account owner who publishes products or services is the merchant responsible for the truth and legality of the listing, price, availability, delivery or performance, refund terms and customer service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, AllNaBusiness provides the technology and is not the seller of a merchant's goods or services.

Merchants must honour applicable consumer rights, keep product and service information accurate, avoid misleading scarcity or pricing claims, and handle customer information only for lawful business purposes. Visitors should review the merchant's offer before paying or committing to a transaction.

5. Prospect discovery and public information

Prospect Discovery may identify a possible buyer, client or business relationship from public websites, social profiles, directories, search results and other public evidence. The evidence establishes the public fact; AllNaBusiness may then predict relevance. A score, recommendation or “why this fits” explanation is not proof that the person asked to buy, approved contact or will respond.

You must independently review a prospect before contacting them. You must not use prospect data to harass, discriminate, make sensitive eligibility decisions, impersonate another person, or contact someone after they have clearly asked you to stop.

6. AI and automated assistance

Coach Amaka and other AI-assisted features can prepare ideas, task plans, summaries, outreach drafts and other business assistance. AI output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You must review important output before acting on it, especially anything involving money, contracts, regulated activity, safety or a person's rights.

AI suggestions do not make legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical or similarly significant decisions about you or other people. Additional rules are in the AI & Automation Policy.

7. Gmail connections and outreach

If you deliberately connect Gmail or another supported communication channel, you authorise the permissions shown during connection. Where the outreach agent is enabled, it may prepare and send messages within the product's permitted workflow, continue useful follow-ups after you start a conversation, and respond to limited clear reply types. A clear NO or stop request must end automated contact for that conversation.

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach has a lawful basis and follows anti-spam, privacy, marketing and professional-conduct rules that apply to you and the recipient. You may not use AllNaBusiness for bulk unsolicited messaging, purchased mailing lists, deceptive sender identities or attempts to evade opt-outs.

8. Platform fees, merchant payments and taxes

Some AllNaBusiness features may be free and others may require payment. Any recurring price, billing period and material purchase terms will be shown before purchase. You authorise the applicable payment provider to process charges you approve.

Payments between a merchant and the merchant's customer are separate from fees paid to AllNaBusiness. Merchants are responsible for their own prices, taxes, fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks and customer disputes unless a specific AllNaBusiness service expressly says otherwise. See the Payments & Refunds Policy.

9. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant AllNaBusiness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, transmit and display content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, back up, improve and provide the service you requested. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal and security retention.

You must have the rights needed to upload or publish content. Do not upload confidential material you are not authorised to share or material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

AllNaBusiness software, branding, original interface elements and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, resold or reverse engineered except where law expressly permits.

10. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes fraud, unlawful goods or services, malware, credential theft, security attacks, harassment, impersonation, deceptive outreach, illegal scraping, infringement and attempts to bypass product or provider safeguards.

11. Third-party services

AllNaBusiness relies on third-party providers for parts of the service, which may include Cloudflare, Vercel, Google Firebase, Google Gmail APIs, Google Gemini, Tavily, Brevo, Cloudinary and Paystack as currently configured. Their availability and separate terms can affect a feature. Connecting or paying through a third-party service may create a direct relationship between you and that provider.

12. Changes, availability and beta features

We may maintain, improve, add, remove or change features to protect security, comply with law, improve reliability or operate the service. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Experimental or beta features may change more quickly and may have additional limits.

Where a change materially affects a paid commitment or how personal information is used, we will provide notice when reasonably required.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion subject to lawful retention. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, repeated policy violations, non-payment, abuse of other users or serious risk to the platform. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and a way to ask for review.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a prospect will respond, a task will produce revenue, AI output will be correct, a storefront visitor will purchase, or a third-party service will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllNaBusiness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or loss arising solely from a merchant's product, service or promise. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent the law allows. Nothing limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

16. Claims caused by your business activity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful business activity, your products or services, content you did not have a right to use, deceptive outreach, or a serious breach of these Terms. This does not require you to cover losses caused by AllNaBusiness's own unlawful conduct.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to a user in another jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, you and AllNaBusiness should first try in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice. If it is not resolved, the dispute may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, except where mandatory law gives a consumer another forum.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If a material change affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, except where the law requires a different form of consent.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to jacksongodwinking@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, payment card details or other secrets in an email.
