Clear rules for using AllNaBusiness, running a storefront, working with AI, contacting prospects and handling customer information.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

One place for the rules that protect users, customers and the platform

AllNaBusiness is a business operating platform for entrepreneurs, freelancers, creators and small businesses. These documents explain the rules for accounts, storefronts, AI assistance, prospect research, automated outreach, payments and personal information.

Important: the policy that applies depends on what you are doing. A business owner using an AllNaBusiness storefront has responsibilities to their own customers, while AllNaBusiness has separate responsibilities as the platform provider.

Who is who

AllNaBusiness / platform operator: the service operated in Nigeria by Jackson Godwin.

Account owner / merchant: the person or business that creates an AllNaBusiness account, publishes a storefront, manages prospects, records business activity or uses automation.

Visitor / customer: someone who views a public storefront, submits an inquiry, booking or order, or otherwise interacts with a merchant through the platform.

Prospect: a person or organisation identified from public evidence as potentially relevant to an account owner. A prospect score or prediction is not a statement that the prospect asked to buy.
