Platform safety

Acceptable Use Policy

The behaviour we allow—and the activity that can get an account or automation stopped.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Use AllNaBusiness for lawful business activity

You may use AllNaBusiness to run, promote and grow a lawful business. You may not use the platform, a storefront, prospect tools, AI, connected email or any automation to harm people, deceive them, break the law, invade privacy or interfere with systems you do not own.

2. Fraud, impersonation and deceptive conduct

Do not impersonate another person or business; create fake testimonials, fake orders or fabricated proof; misrepresent prices, availability, qualifications or results; use stolen payment details; facilitate scams; or ask the platform to help conceal unlawful activity.

3. Prospecting and outreach

  • Use public prospect evidence only for a relevant, proportionate business purpose.
  • Do not treat a prediction as proof that a person asked to buy.
  • Do not send bulk spam, purchased-list blasts, harassment or repeated unwanted messages.
  • Use a truthful sender identity and a legitimate contact route.
  • Honour NO, unsubscribe and stop requests promptly. Do not restart automated contact for the same conversation after a clear stop request.
  • Do not use prospect tools to infer or target highly sensitive personal traits or vulnerable people.

4. Prohibited content and transactions

Do not use AllNaBusiness to sell, promote or coordinate illegal goods or services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, terrorism, human trafficking, fraud, stolen goods, unlawful weapons, malware, credential theft, or content that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Where a lawful product or service is regulated, age-restricted or licensed, the account owner is responsible for satisfying the applicable rules before using the platform for it.

5. Platform and security abuse

Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities without permission, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape private or authenticated areas, upload malware, interfere with another tenant's data, reverse engineer security controls, use stolen credentials, automate account creation to evade limits, or overload the service.

Good-faith security research should be reported through Support before public disclosure where reasonably possible.

6. AI misuse

Do not use AI features to generate fraud, impersonation, malware, illegal discrimination, abusive outreach, fabricated evidence or instructions intended to bypass platform safeguards. AI output remains subject to the same rules as content written manually.

7. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend or terminate access; remove public content; stop automation; preserve relevant evidence; or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with law. We consider context, severity, repeated behaviour and available evidence.

If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, contact Support with enough information for us to review the issue.

8. Report abuse

Report suspected fraud, spam, impersonation, unsafe storefront content, privacy abuse or security issues to jacksongodwinking@gmail.com. Include the relevant storefront, account, message or public URL when available.
