AI & Automation Policy

What Amaka can do, what prospect predictions mean, and where automation must stop.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers Coach Amaka, AI-generated business guidance and tasks, prospect scoring or predictions, AI-assisted drafts, and account-authorised outreach automation. It supplements the Terms, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Coach Amaka and business guidance

Amaka may use selected information about your business, offers, goals, progress and approved learning summaries to produce plans, explanations and suggestions. The goal is to help you decide what to do next, not to replace your judgement.

AI can make mistakes, miss context or produce an outdated suggestion. Review important recommendations before acting, especially where money, contracts, taxes, law, employment, health, safety or reputation are involved.

3. Prospect predictions are predictions

AllNaBusiness may combine public facts—such as a public post, business activity, location, role or recent project—with a prediction that a person or organisation could be relevant to what you sell. Evidence proves the public fact; the platform predicts the possible fit.

We do not present a prediction as though the prospect explicitly stated “I want to buy” unless the underlying public evidence actually says that. Scores, “why this fits” explanations and suggested approaches are decision-support tools, not guarantees of identity, intent, budget or response.

4. Automated outreach and replies

Automation may be used only after the account owner deliberately starts or enables an eligible one-to-one prospect conversation. The system may send permitted follow-ups and handle narrow, clear replies such as YES, a joining-link request, a call request, NO or a stop request.

Questions, complaints, unclear replies, legal or sensitive matters and other situations outside the safe reply rules should be held for the account owner instead of guessed. A clear NO or stop request closes automated contact for that conversation.

5. Human responsibility and significant decisions

The account owner remains responsible for messages sent on their behalf, offers they make, prices they set and business decisions they take. AllNaBusiness does not intend AI suggestions to make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person without appropriate human involvement.

Do not use AllNaBusiness AI to decide whether someone should receive employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education or another high-impact opportunity based solely on automated output.

6. Data used by AI

AI features are designed to receive bounded information needed for the requested task rather than unrestricted private account data. Private account information is not made public merely because an AI feature uses it. See the Privacy Policy for provider, Gmail, retention and cross-border details.

7. Safety and restricted uses

AI may not be used for fraud, impersonation, harassment, bulk spam, malware, illegal discrimination, fabricated evidence, evading platform safeguards or other prohibited conduct. We may block an AI request, stop automation or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for safety or compliance.

8. Corrections and feedback

If AI output appears wrong, do not act on it blindly. Correct the underlying business information where appropriate, report a bad prospect or result through the available product controls, or contact Support. A person named in a prospect record may request correction or removal of their personal information.
